What if my business is unique? Will this still work for me?

What tools or accounts do I need to have set up before I arrive?
At minimum, bring logins for your email, calendar, CRM (if you use one), and any messaging tools you use (like WhatsApp or SMS). After you register, we'll send a simple prep checklist so you arrive ready to implement instead of wasting time on setup.
What exactly do you mean by a 'working AI workflow' by 3 pm?
We mean something concrete that is live and running on your accounts: for example, AI following up with new leads, answering FAQs, or generating content drafts tied to your offers. By 3 pm you'll be able to press a button or trigger an event and see it actually work.
What if my tech stack is different from everyone else's?
That's normal. We design workflows using flexible tools that integrate with most major platforms, and during the build blocks we help you connect AI to the tools you already use rather than forcing you into a new stack.
Can I bring a team member or operations person with me?
Yes, and it's often better. You can bring key team members, and if you grab 3+ seats your group gets a discount, so the people who'll run these workflows day-to-day help build them in the room.
What if something breaks after the workshop – do I get support?
Yes. That's exactly why we include the 30-minute Fast-Track Implementation Audit. Within 60 days we'll review one of your workflows live, help you fix anything that's off, and optimize it so the implementation sticks.
Will this replace my staff or cause job issues on my team?
